Who we are

This website is operated by Silvano Para (“we”), an independent contractor connection service. We do not perform mold remediation.

Information we collect

When you submit the request form: full name, phone number, email (optional), property ZIP code, area of concern, your optional description, and your consent. We also record the page you submitted from and campaign parameters in the link you used (such as utm_source), if any. We do not ask for health information, full addresses, or photos.

Why we use it

Only to pass your request to the contractor you authorize so they can contact you about it, and to operate and protect the form (for example, against spam). We do not sell your information and do not add you to marketing lists.

Who receives it

Your request is received by Silvano Para, the operator of this website. With your consent, the operator may share it with an independent contractor serving Kalispell, when one is available, only so they can contact you about your request. That contractor handles the information under its own practices. Formspree processes form submissions on the operator’s behalf.

Tools we use

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (formspree.io), a form-handling service acting as a processor for the operator, which stores submissions and forwards them by email to the operator.

No analytics or advertising tracking tools are currently active on this website.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to 24 months from submission and then deleted, or sooner if you ask us to delete them. Copies already shared with a contractor are kept under that contractor’s own practices.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the request you submitted by contacting contact@moldremediationkalispell.com. Deleting data we hold does not delete copies already held by the contractor; contact them directly as well.
