How It Works

Kalispell Mold Help is a contractor connection service. Here is exactly what we do, what we don’t do, and who you deal with.

Who operates this website?

This website is operated by Silvano Para, an individual. It is a contractor connection service, not a mold remediation company, and it does not employ technicians or perform any work on properties.

What does the service do?

We provide general information and a request form. Requests are received by the site operator, who may share them with an independent contractor serving Kalispell when one is available, so that contractor can contact you.

1
Tell us about the property and the issue.
2
Request contact from an independent contractor.
3
Discuss evaluation, scope, availability, and pricing directly.

What doesn’t the service do?

We do not inspect, test, diagnose, remediate, or repair anything. We do not set prices, schedule appointments, or guarantee that a contractor will accept your job or respond within a specific time.

Who receives your request?

Your request is received by Silvano Para, the website operator, through the form service Formspree. It may then be shared with an independent contractor serving Kalispell, when one is available. We cannot guarantee that a contractor is available or a response time.

Who quotes and does the work?

The independent contractor. Any evaluation, quote, contract, schedule, warranty, and the work itself are agreed directly between you and the contractor. Review their written scope and credentials before you hire anyone.

Questions about your data

A short explanation of what happens to the details you enter in the request form, who sees them, and when they may be shared with an independent contractor.

What data is shared, and when?

The details you enter in the form (name, phone, optional email, ZIP code, area of concern, and description) are received by the website operator. They are shared with an independent contractor only once one serves Kalispell, and only so that contractor can handle your request. They are not sold or used for marketing.
